Leadership Development Program Specialist with the Arizona Department of Economic Security, creating and leading training for 1500 leaders who lead 8,800 employees who serve 2.2 million Arizonans annually. Brian created the majority of the courses in communication and Lean/Six Sigma for the agency. He delivered over 150 classes to over 2000 learners each year throughout Arizona.

Ombudsman Educational Services: teacher, learning center director and Director of Leadership and Student Engagement, serving as mentor and trainer for teachers, counselors and psychologists serving 15,000 at- risk high school students in 120 learning centers in 22 states.
 
Senior Learning and Development Consultant for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, delivering dynamic foundational leadership, developing leadership, executive leadership, and leadership learning opportunities, until the pandemic led to downsizing.
 
Upon returning to the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Brian joined the Operations Training team for the Office of Professional Development. He created and delivered virtually five Lean/ Six Sigma-based courses for all 8,800 employees to increase effectiveness, job satisfaction, and service to the community: Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Process, Leader Standard Work, Visual Management, and Problem-Solving.
